Neem Leaf Extract - My Favorite BYOB!

Pamela Stanford on Feb 3rd 2022

In our area of Florida, we recently received much lower than normal cold temperatures. Some areas experienced frost damaged crops, frozen water lines AND, we had frozen iguanas falling out of trees! Thankfully the iguanas were just fine when they warmed up.

Temperature extremes is a stress on the body regardless of your species. Sudden changes kick your immune system into high gear, making it work harder to keep you healthy. Having a strong daily wellness routine is crucial to aid your body when it needs extra support. We’ve learned over the years that keeping Neem Leaf Extract on hand is an easy way to eliminate illness bugs wherever we are. We keep a few bottles on hand in different locations so it is always available for example: in the bathroom for oral and wound care, in a backpack or handbag as a hand sanitizer, and a bottle in each vehicle for whatever situation we face away from home (Neem Leaf Extract doesn’t freeze).

Here are a few ways that we use Neem Leaf Extract daily:

Mouthwash - Mix 8 to 10 drops in a small glass of water and use as a mouth rinse. Neem leaf is great for healing gum issues, reducing plaque and killing the bacteria that causes tooth decay.

Air Purifier - Spray in the air (away from your face) and sniff deeply. Neem Leaf Extract freshens and purifies the air especially in enclosed personal spaces like your car or a cab..

Hand Sanitizer - Apply 2 or 3 spritzes on our hands, rub together covering fingertips and palms.. Neem Leaf Extract creates an invisible barrier that eliminates pathogens that need to cling to/ enter your skin.

Mask Sanitizer - Spray 2 or 3 spritzes inside a face mask to help keep air fresh smelling and bug free.

Nostril Cleaner - apply a drop on a cotton swab to clean just inside your nostril area. It tingles!

Sanitizer Wipe - apply a spritz to a tissue and wipe off the check out keypad before and after you use it. This is also a great way to share the benefits of Neem Extract with others!

Calm Digestion - mix 4 to 6 drops in a small glass of water and drink on an empty stomach. This is also great for an extra bug fighting boost to help your immune system.

As you can see, Neem Leaf Extract is an important part of our daily wellness routine. What other ways do you use Neem Leaf Extract? We would love to share your those experience tips with our All About Neem readers!
