This product also contains ethanol, which maximizes the extraction of the active ingredients from the wild harvested neem leaves. We also use ethanol for it's anti-septic, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial and anti-itching qualities.
Directions

Great on the go disinfecting
sometimes i use this on toilet seats so i know its clean and sanitized. To me is smells like alcohol but it does sanitize.

Best Hand Sanitizer
I have multiple bottles of Neem Leaf Hand Sanitizer conveniently placed in each of my vehicles and also my motorhome.
